Yes if area 51 was really what the government wants you to think it is. Too many rumors and info have leaked to not think something is up. But if you want to just cover your eyes and believe its a secret testing spot go for it.

Area 51 is most probably a base used to test new aerodynamic technologies; this area is restricted by law and is geographicly remote for that purpose.
