I have a PI from 2005, how do I go about to get this expunged?
In summer 2004 I was arrested and charged for a Public Intoxication in Euless, TX. I was driving but the details I’m unsure of and not given a DWI. I was depressed and having some issues at the time and had taken too much medicine (Clonopin) that I have no recollection of the incident. I had never had any sort of criminal activity prior and since. I pleaded no contest and was given 60 day deferred adjudication of which I met the criteria. Though I was given deferred, I don’t know if there is still open record such as on my arrest record and I’m assuming this case isn’t sealed.
1) How would I go about getting this expunged and off all record? Is this a difficult procedure?
2) Is there a way I can view my arrest record like my own credit, etc.
I want my record to be 100% CLEAN. Enough to where I can get an FBI security clearance for a job but more than anything just know I’m 100% clean.

Ok heres what you need to do. Go up to the PD records department which is on the right side of the building not the left or call 817-685-1824 8-5 monday-friday. Its less than a speeding ticket, but never the less its on file at Euless and Euless only…..
